CEO Cleaners Club – Subscription Policy

Overview

The CEO Cleaners Club is a recurring monthly membership designed for cleaning business owners who are serious about growth, profit, and structure.

By purchasing this membership, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Billing & Payments

  • Membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis.

  • Your payment method will be automatically charged on the same date each month as your original purchase date.

  • Pricing is clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

  • All payments are processed securely through Shopify.

If a payment fails, you will receive a notification to update your payment method. Continued access to membership benefits may be paused until payment is successfully processed.

Renewals

Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled prior to your next billing date.

No additional notice will be sent before renewal.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time through your Shopify customer account portal.

Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

If you cancel:

  • You will retain access to membership benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Your subscription will not renew after that cycle ends.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this membership and immediate access to proprietary training materials, live coaching sessions, templates, and community access:

All membership payments are non-refundable.

We do not offer partial refunds or prorated refunds for unused time.

Access to Content

Membership includes access to:

  • Two live coaching trainings per month

  • Member-only tools and templates

  • Private community access

Access is for active paying members only.

If your subscription is canceled or payment fails and is not updated, access to all member materials and community spaces may be revoked. 

Membership Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any member from the community without refund for:

  • Disruptive behavior

  • Harassment of other members

  • Sharing proprietary materials outside of the membership

  • Chargebacks or payment disputes

CEO Cleaners Club is built for serious operators. We protect the integrity of the space.

We reserve the right to update pricing or membership structure in the future. Existing members will be notified in advance of any pricing changes.
